- We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent
- Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed
Personalized products
- You are responsible for the accuracy of personalization details you provide (names, dates, messages, photos)
- Personalized items are made to order and cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun
- Personalized items cannot be returned for a change of mind — see our Returns page for exceptions
- We do not guarantee that the exact font rendering or color shown in online previews will match the final product exactly, though we strive for accuracy
Shipping and delivery
- Delivery estimates shown on product pages are estimates, not guarantees
- Orders may ship in multiple packages from different locations
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier
